Really like this coat

This is the first new coat I've purchased in over 5 years. I've always had to find tall sizes. The sleeve length on regular size coats is usually too short. This coat is the perfect length on my arms and waist as well. I really like the zip out layer and that it can be used as a waterproof rain coat as well. Looking forward to seeing how it fares during the Ohio fall and winter seasons.

Happy Husband

I ordered this for my husband. Incredible value thanks for Backcountry. He has always done winter sports only wearing a shell and immediately loved the lightweight warmth this provides. He's a big guy (6'4", 230#) and the XL fits well with room to layer and move.

Mine went back

This seemed like a nice jacket but the sizing just wasn't right for me. I'm 6'0, 170 lbs and I purchased a large. The thermoball liner fit great just like me other thermoball, but the shell was way too long and baggie, except for the chest and shoulders which were about as tight as I would have them. I don't think a medium would work since the thermoball and shoulders of the shell would be too tight so it went back. Really liked the fabric and color in grey. Would have been a nice winter city jacket if it had fit . I've had a number of Northface jackets in the past so I'm a little surprised at this sizing.
