Give me another pair
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love these boots! They are so comfortable and keep my feet warm in the winter. They are really stylish and are not too bulky like other brands that I have tried. If you are a practical minimalist guy like me, you can't go wrong with these boots.

I would not Buy these again
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are very comfortable boots, but the materials are not good. The mesh is already coming apart after 5 months of use (4-5 day hikes a month). Within a week of buying them, there was a tiny hole in the mesh. That's gotten worse with the mesh fraying in other spots on both boots. These are advertised as waterproof, but I've had problems with them from the start. My feet get wet just from walking in wet grass in Golden Gate Park, San Francisco. I would submit them for an exchange, but I'm afraid North Face will end up charging for cleaning and/or shipping.

have no idea what u are expecting here
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use them for 2-3 mile daily hikes on woodland trails. The trails are hilly making stability important. I like the shoe, but for the first time ever for me, the right shoe feels comfortable but the left is loose fitting the front of my foot. the laces will not tighten up the fit. the she actually feels too large up front and not flexible enough to tighten up with laces. So, I wear them but can not say they are great. I like more control of the support around the front of my foot.

Super durable and comfortable men's boots- and waterproof!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] EXCELLENT BOOTS! love how waterproof/durable they are- they are even comfortable after wearing and working in them for a full day. They do not wear down easily

More than 1000 miles logged
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the best hiking boots I have owned. On my first pair, I logged more than 1000 miles which included the break in period before completing a through hike of the Colorado Trail. 500 miles in 28 days and in these every day. No blisters, no rolled ankles and dried sufficiently at night. Had to replace the laces and got a rip in the mesh at about mile 700. I have another pair of exactly the same shoe and already up to 300 miles with the same performance to date. Love them and would highly recommend.

Do not purchase this product unless you like high-top shoes.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do not like this shoe. It has a 'high top' feel which rubs against the back of my ankle. The shoes are not as stable as I would like so I returned them to the North Face. This company has a lot better products than this one.

Comfortable fit, but materials lack quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These boots are comfortable and true to size. Ive owned them for just about six months, and wear them lightly. after a few months of normal ware and take the mesh began to rip in areas frequently flexed. The rips have lead to water infiltrating into the boot. These boots aren't built to last.

Was a warranty replacement for exact same shoe .. still paid
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a warranty replacement for the exact same shoe. The replacement happened after a defective shoestring loop. Still ended up having to pay around $40 out of pocket. I have had to deal with NF warranty dept. for backpack as well and it is not the best. Second-guessing using NF in the future.

problematic. Would not recommend
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] after a few days walking in loose dirt l i found that a lot of small rocks and dirt were getting in between the future light layer and the external material with no way out. it feels like having gravel in your shoes that you cant get out
