Fantastic bike rack
I recently purchased the updated Saris Bike Trac with a wider track for tires. This wider version will accommodate road bikes, cross bikes and mountain bikes. An excellent way to hang bikes on a wall. Highly recommended!

Frees up so much space!
Snapped up 4 of these as I’d seen several outside my local coffee shop! I easily installed them myself (into studs) using the included instructions for spacing recommendations. Fits my road bike, cyclocross bike and mountain bike easily. Totally indestructible and look sharp too!

Easy to install and easy to use
I bought this rack to storage my husbands bike in our small condo. His bike is 73 inches long and 46 inches high. It now is in the corner on the wall. It is out of the way and easy to hang and unhang when we ride.

Excellent Rack
I use several of these and all are high quality, sturdy racks. I ran 2x4s across a wall so I could hang bikes without a stud.

Simple install. Works fine
I have 2 of these. They are easy to hang and easy to use. My biggest disappointment is that it is too short for the rear tire. I am 5'6" so I don't have large bikes. The tire then does around when bumped and scuffs the wall. I am looking for something to extend the rack bottom. If it were long enough I would rate it 5 stars across the board.

Solid product
We bought several Bike Tracs when we remodeled our garage. It was a great way of maximizing our limited space. We even attached one to the side of a tall cabinet -- awesome. We liked them so much that we bought two more for our other house. The current version seems slightly beefier and more solid than the older version.

Bike Trac
I bought (1) Bike Trac for a project we are building and the architect of record is interested in installing a Bike Trac in each unit. It seems to be the ideal bike rack for condos.

This is the best bike storage system. I'm grateful it was in
I can hang my bikes using minimal space and access on/ off is very easy. My only wish: the wall plate should be at least 1", ideally 2" longer. I have one bike that is longer than the plate and two that are very close to the edge.

Just what the bike doctor ordered.
Love it - I've seen & used these in a number of buildings, even around our apartment complex. Already had a trunk rack from Saris, so it was a no-brainer to order one for the office when the space became available. It's the perfect size, and a good price for both the non-locking & locking version.

This product gets more use than my microwave.
Being installed at work and at home, I use the Bike Trac each time I go to ride my bike. They are installed in my living room which allows for easy access to bikes without taking up much space.

What is the maximum weight the rack will hold? We have an e-bike at 27kg and are struggling to find a suitable rack. Would this hold this weight?

The Install manual says to install between 10"-15" apart if you stagger (center to center, yes?), and the "Spacing" on this page says 18" apart when staggered. Which is correct? Also what is the recommended spacing from wall or other obstuction?

Why is the track so short ? Both bikes have rear tires that extend well beyond the v-shaped track and sit on the wall. Is there some kind of extension I can get? I am 5'6" and have Cannondale hybrid bikes that are not large.

Can you provide a longer vertical track suitable for XL bikes? The distance I require for my my bike (leading edge of front tire to rear tire where it touches road) is 5'.

I have a mtb with 27.5" wheels and 2.5" tire width. Will the standard rack fit these or is the fat tire version a better choice?

This holds one bike to a stud correct? And I don’t need to buy additional vertical rack?
