With the Flight's smooth action you can literally feel the rod load and unload with each cast, enabling you to cast with precision.

- Smooth, fast action rod provides more power, allows for quicker casts, enables farther line casts, and facilitates landing larger fish
- Generation 5 technology (use of graphite hoop fibers instead of traditional glass hoop fibers) makes for a lighter, more responsive rod with exceptional high line speed
- Freshwater weights (3-6) have a snub-nosed reversed half-wells handle and a titanium anodized aluminum reel seat with walnut diamond-wood insert
- Reversed half-wells handle has a larger front end that provides better grip for larger hands
- Saltwater weights (7-8) have a full-wells handle with fighting butt and a titanium anodized aluminum reel seat
- Full-wells handle provides hand support at the rear and front of the rod, gives you more leverage, and allows you to cast longer and fight larger fish
- Gingerbread blank color, hard-chromed snake guides, hard-alloy stripper guides, and pre-shaped cork handle round out the high-quality components
- Brown Cordura rod tube protects the Flight during storage and transport
