See through and expensive to return

The skirt was so thin that it was see through in daylight. They advertise free returns, but this is misleading because you still have to pay shipping both ways. When I tried to return it, it was difficult to find the page that I was asked to include in the box and the address I needed to send it to. All that said, the color was true to what was shown online, and the sizing was just right.
