This is a great shoe. I first bought the waterproof mid-cut boots for wet and colder months and it was like they were built just for my feet. Saw the low cuts on sale and had to jump at it. This shoe has been my go to. O-Fit insole is worth the hype. Great heel cup, arch support and comfort. The midsole offers enough comfort without feeling too soft and the treads grip well. The toe box is a little wider, which works for me as I have small bunions forming as I age. I have hiked on trails, walked on sidewalks and used for 10 mile bike commuting, all with great success and comfort. Waterproofing works well and the shoe breathes fairly well. It's also lightweight. The only thing I'd change...an additional eyelet for slightly better lace adjustment/tightening. I feel like I can't always get them tight enough in my forefoot. This is not an issue with the mids. I don't think Oboz still makes the Lynx, but if you're in the market for a lightweight hiker/walking shoe or boot, I highly recommend this one, especially at this price point.

The womenâs specific Swiftcurrent midsole provides incredible durability, stability and comfort. The womenâs specific cushioning EVA midsole combined with a TPU chassis and ESS plate in the forefoot, which helps prevent stone bruising without inhibiting flex.
