Looks great in this color
Like the feel similar to other hiking shoes. Nice thing is it doesn't need tying laces

Innovative marriage of Vibram sole and mesh uppers
I walk 12,000 steps a day and replaced my worn shoes about a month ago with this model and I love them! The sole is slightly wider than I'm used to, but I find it helps stability, and the heel gives just enough bounce to keep me happy whether my walk is down Broadway in New York, a back road in the mountains of Colorado, or up and down the Hudson Valley hills. A great design that I highly recommend.

Disappointing Shoe
Gave this one a try and found it very uncomfortable. On the positive end, everything about the upper, including the drawcord, was fine for me and I think they look great in person. But the huge problem is it doesn't feel like a cohesive shoe. Walking in it, the upper and sole don't feel well connected and are simply quite uncomfortable. Its immediately noticeable and not a problem I've had with other Merrell shoes. For me too there is a feeling of the heel being higher that I don't enjoy very much. Avoid this one.

Buy a size down. Or two.
They run about two sizes too big. This is my fourth pair of Merrells and they’ve all fit me perfectly with no break-in time out of the box. Not sure how a company can change sizing so radically. And I’ve woken them too long to return them. Can anyone recommend a thick insole? 🫤

Good shoes.
I work 12-hour shifts in healthcare, and needed shoes that are comfortable with good heel support. This shoe has that. Also, lightweight. First shoes I've bought off internet, and I don't regret it

Look nice but not comfortable
Love the look and material, but they rub my heal pretty bad. The draw string is not as good as other shoes I have from merrall
