Crossmax Short Set - Men's

With its Crossmax Short Set, Mavic may have struck the perfect balance of light weight and protection. They call it a set, by the way, because the removable liner is included.

Mavic’s Trail Tech ST fabric is light and stretchy to keep you cool and provide an unlimited range of motion. The 14-inch inseam may feel long at first, but once you sit on your bike, you’ll notice that it just covers your knees—important if you’re wearing pads. Storage is handled by two front pockets, a zippered pocket on the right leg, and a cargo pocket on the left. There’s also a zippered pocket in back that can handle your ID or your keys.

The mesh liner promotes airflow through the short. It’s built around the Ergo 2D chamois. It’s a low-profile insert, smaller than those designed for long distance riding, but with enough padding to keep you comfortable throughout the day.
