The Motion Butterfly DLT suspension spreads the load evenly across the high-density EVA foam back panel, shoulder straps, and hip belt, while the front and side compression straps lock your load down to prevent moving when you're covering ground or packing away the vert.

Mammut made the Trion from water-resistant nylon fabrics, so your gear won't get soaked in a shower, and made the Trion compatible with hydration reservoirs, too, so you don't get dehydrated on your alpine missions. While it carries comfortably, it's unmistakeably an alpine pack, and it has features you'd expect like a webbing hip belt that can be used in place of the padded offering, a top rope strap to secure your line, and a removable, seam-taped lid that you can take off to lighten your load.
