Superb jacket
Athletic fit, very thin and light, incredibly warm. Perfect for late fall/cool temps hiking with a light base layer. I would love if it had a hood, but can't have everything

RUNS SMALL
I'm normally a Large in all other jackets in this brand but as this was skin tight I would have been better suited getting an XL or even 2XL>

Super comfortable and shockingly warm
Fits perfectly under my mammut hard shell which is a slim fit. Its very light and comfortable and moves with me well. Sleaves are a bit long for me but that's normal for me as I'm on the shorter side. I'd recommend this as a layer for more aerobic activities and it will be a go to for mine.

This is a fantastic mid layer for highly aerobic winter hiking, climbing, etc.!Have nordic skied in mid 20 degree temps (F) with a 17 mph cold wind and it was perfect! LOVE IT!

light weight warmth
Jacket provides light weight warmth. The jacket us not baggy and you can layer under or over it. I use it for cycling, skinning, and any active pursuit in winter. breathes well

Fantastic mid layer

I love this mid layer. It is light weight, very packable, with an athletic fit and just a bit of stretch. If you are looking for a euro / athletic cut Mammut tends to fit well. While I love some of the US brands their fit is usually too boxy for me but Mammut always fits great. I use this on the skin track, winter hiking, skiing/snowboarding, anytime you are active and need a lightweight mid-layer under a shell. When you stop and your heat goes down toss on a puffy over this and you are super comfy. When you are backpacking with this or mountaineering you can stuff the jacket into one of its pockets.

Perfect for people on the move
When I first tried this on it fit snug like most Mammut apparel (which I enjoy). I much rather have an article of clothing move with me rather than try to catch up. This layer is exactly that! If you like to keep on the move in any weather condition like I do I have yet to find anything better that not only keeps you warm but allows heat to vent when you are putting in that extra effort. Even though it fits snug to the body it doesn't restrict your movement in any way shape or form. Also works well as a base layer if you have a good waterproof top layer for your winter sports. Highly recommend and remember to check fit if a first time Mammut buyer. I am 5'9" and 150lbs, a medium is snug to the body for me.
