Love the Arch Support

Quality keeps going downhill
Third pair, first two failed when straps pulled out. This one seems to be made of different material which is much harder rubber and not as shock absorbent. The strap has a tag on both left and right pairs that is underneath the strap and chafes when you walk. Hard to cut it out without leaving an edge that would be worse, seems a huge oversight. Have worn Chacos since 2001 and the quality is just garbage since they started manufacturing overseas. Each pair (most are warranty replacements) continue to get worse and worse.

High Arches, wide feet - no problem
I recently bought my fourth pair of these classic flips. And that's in twenty years. Why four? I always have a back up - just in case Chaco stops making them. . I alternate use to make them last. I live in Miami nd these are worn daily. I have extremely high arches, small wide feet (size 7 W) and these are the only sandals I've ever found that work for me. ALWAYS comfortable. I recommend them highly.

Don't waste your $$$
I've worn chaco flips for more than 15yrs, and I used to love them. This new version is terrible. Sizing is different, strap is way too loose, sole collects small rocks. Bummed

Good support, grip and warranty
My husband bought these 1-2 years ago and LOVED them compared to the other available options at our local outdoorsy store. Higher price point but excellent support and grip. Recently one of the straps fell out or came unglued, and Chaco replaced them after I submitted a warranty claim. Husband says they are just as good as the first pair so far.
