Bad fit and weird sizing

Size Bought:: L
Height:: 5' 11"
Weight:: 180

The arms and waist for this sweater are super baggy and it doesn't look great. The neck goes very high and it doesn't look very good unbuttoned OR fully buttoned. Very awkward sweater that I wish I hadn't paid 100 dollars for. Will be returning.
