Why We Like The Mountain Pass 3 Tent

Whether we're enduring harsh weather during a winter camping trip or we're determined to ride bikes in the desert all winter long, the Eureka 3 Person 4 Season Mountain Pass Tent helps us sleep like a baby to be up and at 'em bright and early.

The 3-person capacity is perfect for two adventurers with a mountainous pile of gear or three minimalists who have no problem getting cozy. The gear loft and pockets stash a lantern, extra hat, ear plugs, or whatever else you may need while you're burrowing into your mini mountain home for the night. Two doors let you and your partner slide out for a midnight pee without hopping over one another, and the durable polyester material can withstand wear and tear from years of adventures in the mountains.

  • A rugged 4-season tent for year-round adventures
  • 3-person capacity fits two plus your pooch
  • Two vestibules for secure gear storage
  • Gear loft and 5 pockets stash tent essentials
  • Aluminum poles are lightweight and durable

Exposes you to cacinogenic chemicals?

Familiarity:
I returned this product before using it

Hey, is everyone okay with this? Are there any tents similar to this that dont expose me to cancer? You’d think this would be a huge problem. Instead of making the tent differently, they just put a disclaimer on it. How many other tents are like this but without disclaimers?

you've got to be kidding me LOL. Just about anything made of plastic, synthetic materials, or glue is required to have that stupid disclaimer sticker on it due to California Law. the chances of being eaten by a bear on your backpacking trip are higher than you catching cancer from this tent. LMAO!

Does this tent require a footprint for winter camping? If so, is that avaliable here?

The footprint is included, great question!

Does the fly hold up in standing water as in melting snow? I've have a similar tent that soaked through.

Hi Andrea, that's really tough to say. Pretty much any fly would have a tough time in conditions such as that, apart from full 4 season tents. This would be just fine in heavy rain.
