    They fog too easily

    Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

I bought these glasses for a backpacking / swimming vacation in Corsica. I wanted lighter and more protective glasses than my usual Serengeti Granada Driver's glasses. Good optics, light indeed, and the glasses themselves (copper colored) look spiffy. They were perfect on the beach, or for walking around. Unfortunately, for my main event, backpacking, they were a nightmare. With high intensity effort they were fogging to the point of unusability. I had to continually fiddle with them, trying to find a position lower down my nose to increase air circulation between my face/eyes and the glasses; I would also wipe them constantly with a cloth. Sometimes I preferred to take them off, but the sun was glaring, and I had no other glasses. During one of these procedures I dropped them on a rock below, perhaps only a foot of fall, and that was enough to lightly scratch the lens, rendering them non-returnable, I guess. All of this on the first day! Back at home, I sometimes use them for biking, but they still fog. As I cannot return them, I keep them as throw-away glasses. $150 is a huge ripoff for plastic glasses with a bit of a plasticky feel, possibly manufactured for under $10 -- glasses so delicate. Not recommended for any strenuous activities. Nor do they stack well w/ prescription glasses for driving. Bottom line: I am still in the market for hiking glasses! BTW: the glasses are Unisex not Women's

    Works well

Not the best glasses / lenses that I have had but they are a good polarized glass. I bought them as fishing backup so I have not worn them too many times, but are good, not great for fishing
