I enjoy it, but the materials are meh.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy the Rogue Sling 6L. I think there are a lot of smart decisions made for sure. However I really miss the quality and texture of the peak design straps. Peak design as a whole just feels a bit more premium. I really hope Wandard will adopt higher quality clips, zippers, and straps. Also one thing I didnt consider when buying this bag was brash branding and camera bag aesthetic. I often dont want to bring out this bag due to it screaming out the thieves "take me!". Again there are some cool things about this bag, but will likely never use it. Bummer

Nice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Haven’t had a chance to get out and use it. It has so many places to put things I’m not sure I’ve found them all yet. This sling is different for me. I’m older and haven’t used a sling before bug I’m liking it!

Pretty Good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bag is good. Stylish. I got the Tan and I dig it. I’ve used it for about a month and I’ve gotten used to the strap. It’s gotten more comfortable as I’ve gotten used to it. I’m a bigger guy, and I think the strap would be much improved if it had a couple more inches of adjustability. Often times I find the most comfortable position of the bag leaves the very edge of the padded portion of the strap on the top of my shoulder. I usually end up using the secondary strap to lock the bag in place. This feature is great and when engaged the bag is perfectly comfortable and the strap sits in a comfortable spot. But it does make access a bit more cumbersome. The zippers can be a pain to operate with one hand. I’d like it if they were a bit more smooth. I do enjoy the weather resistance, so it’s a trade off. I’ve not found a great use for the laptop pocket. I didn’t purchase a laptop cover as I don’t have a traditional laptop. I do have an iPad Pro though. One use of the tie down strap and it left a mark on my Magic Keyboard. So I don’t use it lugging the iPad around. But I can’t find a continent use for the pocket... yet anyway. I’m also not a fan of the bungee straps on the lower flip down pass through portion of the bag. I dont like the way they work. Maybe I’m using them wrong. The main compartment is why you buy the bag. I fits the A7IV with a 70-200 GM II just perfectly with the hood reversed. Shorter lenses obviously provide a bit more space for extras.

Perfect photo hike bag

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this medium sling, in the same great waterproof blue color as my Wandrd backpack. It is feature rich with enough room for camera gear, odds & ends, a snack and water bottle, and even a tripod or rolled or rolled jacket. I like that small items like batteries and SD cards have a safe place. I like that I can carry the bag over my shoulder or around my waist. I love all the grab handles on the sides and top. The bag looks good and has comfortable padding against my body. An excellent feature is the ability to quickly and easily remove the strap and just carry the bag by the handle. I use it this way when going “car photo shooting” and I want my gear but I don’t need a carry strap. A few minor quibbles which I hope Wandrd will address in an updated model). 1) The main compartment only has a one-way zipper. It would be easier to access if there were two zippers to open any direction with either hand. 2) The small tucked away security harness strap should be removable. I won’t likely use it unless I’m biking, and the rest of the time it’s just a weird little bulge. 3) I wish the padded part of the shoulder strap was the type that slides for easy adjustment, rather than sewn to the strap itself. This would make comfort adjustments much easier.

Grab and GO!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This bag is the perfect grab and go bag for a camera, extra lens or few other items, or toddler parent. I have bigger and smaller bags and none seemed to be my “Cinderella’s slipper” for my camera until I found this bag. Now I can carry my Sony a7c with 24-105 or 105 attached and fit an extra pancake 28-60 lens, filters and still have room for a phone, toddler snacks, wipes, etc. Also, being only 5’4” some bag straps just don’t cinch as small as I need to be secure. That is not the case with the Rogue sling - it can get my body and not flop around and is comfortable for all day carry.

Great size for what I need.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just big enough to work for about anything I need for short outdoor adventures, yet compact enough to take around town without it being too cumbersome.

Great for photojournalism

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that this bag can fit my mirrorless camera, two lenses, extra batteries, a notebook, my laptop AND my flash. It's the all-in-one bag that is amazing that works superbly especially if I want to keep my back on me as I shoot photos or interview people. I don't have to worry about this bag swinging around because it's locked in place across my chest. This is my go-to bag for a short day trip when I need to carry my work gear with me out on an assignment.
