Great for me, maybe not for you - thin!
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
- Size Bought:
- 13
- Weight:
- 165
I have a size 13 AA foot. This shoe in size 13 fit me snug in the width, and a touch on the short side. I've worn it on two hikes and have no complaints. I am very happy to finally find a thin width hiking shoe

Love and hate
Satoru was a good shoe, waterproof shoes are a bit much. 50% recycled waterproof material is still infinitely more than the satoru. Bring it back please, no waterproof. Let my feet b r e a t h e, and s p l a y out. To those using these shoes on concrete, asphalt, etc, why do you need waterproof trail runners with vibram to grip the street lol? Smh

GREAT SHOE!!!
Super light weight and comfortable, this shoe is great for hiking. The Vibran soul is soft and make for rocks and dirt. Wear these on hot cement and watch the souls wear quicker. One of the best shoes I've ever bought for hiking. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

So Disappointed
Vasque use to be my go-to hiking shoe, but these Low NTX are unwearable as far as I'm concerned. First of all, the medium width is ridiculously narrow (there was no "wide" offered)...whose adult feet can actually fit in these? Tried three pairs: My regular size was so tight I couldn't even get my foot in the shoe. A half size up was still way too tight and a size up was too loose. My more than 10-year Vasque relationship is sadly over. Seriously, what happened to the Vasque I knew and loved?

New version even better than the last!
This new model is not only very attractive, the already high quality materials seem to be improved. These soles have been extremely durable while having an impressive amount of sticky grip, especially on wet rocky ground. I can where either 10.5 or 10W in Vasque so only a little disappointed to not have the wide option this time. These are hiking shoes with a rigid design so expect some break in period for most. I usually experience some heel slip until they form perfectly to my feet.

Comfortable but definitely not waterproof!
These are daily wearers for me and have worn very well, BUT they are definitely not waterproof! I do love their looks though so I give them 5 stars for that and the sole wear has been good, but it goes to 2 stars because your feet will get WET!

32,000 steps fresh out of the box
I do production work and the show I got called for ended up in the woods and rain. I rushed to the outdoor shop and bought these.I wore them for 16 hours and they were fantastic! My feet were dry and I didn’t feel like I had to break them in.

Great Shoes If You Can Keep Them Clean
I'm a longtime Vasque buyer with lots pairs over the years, my favorite being the Juxts. I purchased these in the fall and have worn them to work and light walking mostly. While they are very comfortable and waterproof, they are impossible to clean and I'm at my whit's end trying to figure out how to get them back to their short glory days. First I tried mild soap and water. That left water stains on the suede. I guess I've never properly cleaned suede before and didn't understand that your not supposed to use water! Since then I've tried 2 suede shampoos and still have this greasy, undried staining on the suede finish. I feel like I've ruined them, because I can't get them back to original state, no matter how I try to clean. I don't know what else to do. In comparison, I've cleaned my juxts and other competitor brands with suede with soap/water and it worked just fine. I don't understand why these don't clean as easily?

Humm
Bought on April 22. Today is May 23. Have worn at least 6 days out of 7 since purchase. Really wish that Vibram could make this sole a wee bit tougher. Have already worn down 2/3 of outer rear lug. Hiker is styli’n, lightweight. Has a “it takes time to get used to” footbed.” It’s weird “walk” at first. Luggs grip like crazy. Quality of entire shoe is a five. Poor Vibram durability brings it down to three. Definitely not an urban walker. Sole is just too soft. I’ll have these ground down to unwearable in another month.
