Used it on an airplane
Used it on an airplane travelling. I had a long distance to go and numerous connections. It provided support to my low back which is always sore while flying. This really helped.

For use in the car
My physical therapist recommended this pillow. I use it in the car while I’m driving. It helps me keep my neck and shoulders in the proper position.

Supports Low Back Curve
Perfectly supports the low back curve, while you sit on a recliner, in a car, during air travel, or an upright chair.

GREAT DESIGN & VERY EFFECTIVE!
We already had one of these that my husband was using while riding in the car. We recently bought a truck, and he needed one to use for lumbar support in the driver's seat. Great design and very effective!

The lumbar support is great
The lumbar support is great in places where there is little back support. I find it useful on chairs that have cushions.

We take it everywhere we
We take it everywhere we travel. Compact and effective solution to poorly designed seats. We hope this one lasts as long as the last one we purchased ~20 years ago.

I use my pillow in
I use my pillow in the car and it has helped tremendously with my lower back pain. It does puff itself back up when I'm not sitting on it, but the valve is easy to defalte.

Instructions!
Since there are no instructions to be found, I figured I'd share them here, as I have figured it out. The air valve if screwed open allows the pillow to be tightly rolled up in a compact cylinder, and then if you hold the pillow in this compressed shape and screw the valve closed tight, it will hold this shape making it easy to travel. Screw open the valve to let it self inflate and spring back into it's functional state. That's it! Simple and effective travel pillow for those of us with back issues. Great for air travel. Could be better
I like the portability of it, but ultimately it’s just not a great lumbar rest. It’s too wide meaning that often it feels like when I sit back into it, most of the air is pushed to the side. And in plenty of cars the width interferes with the sides of the car seat making it an awkward fit . It’s also too flat to be an adequate lumbar rest. Good lumbar rests is cylindrical. This feels like someone looked at a standard thermarest sleep mat and shrugged imagining how east it would be to take the original form factor and shrink it down. All this being said I still take it with me went I rent a car or take the train. I just think it’s a fine product that could be so much better
