Too Small and not soft

Wow, I ordered a large and it was Way to small, extremely tight. The neck is also way small. Could hardly get my head in. I normally wear a medium so I thought the large would work well for me since I like a looser fit. The material was not soft. Was ruff to my skin. I was so disappointed. I am now trying to return this item. I clicked on return and then had to tell them why, "too small" but then nothing happened. Will contact customer support later after Christmas Dinner.

Stoic is hands down one of the most popular brands on the website, I got this jacket for my girlfriends mother for Christmas and I was very impressed with the quality right off the bat. Super comfortable and soft material. Price could easily be doubled for the quality. I recommend to anyone out there looking for a gift of a comfortable layer for this upcoming cold months.
