Fly weight small pod

Great little bag. I use this primarily for wet wading in the summer, my only thing with it i don't like is that my older simms foam fly box is a very very tight fit, could stand to be an inch or two bigger in diameter. Other than that 5 stars just like the rest if simms products.

Fishing the Back Country

Hiked with two buddies into the Big Blue Wilderness Area in Colorado. Wore a Simms pack to carry raincoats, lunches, and drinks. Put all my fishing gear into the Small Pod. One two sided fly box, tippet, tools, floatant, the works. I put the Small Pod straps under the pack chest strap and it didn't move at all. Great combination when you are hiking.

Good idea .

The pod fits great on the flyweight waders but would like a non rigid front so you can fit a wider range of fly boxes . I hope a variety of pods are released in the future .

Using the small pod with the hip hybrid. Exceptional. Set up with all the necessary flies, leaders, tippet and other equipment. Really a nice addition to the guide boat.

Perfect little pouch for my fly box and smaller tackle. I am looking forward to pairing it with the fly weight pack vest. Lots of storage for a smaller pouch with places on the outside to hold quick access items. Quality concept and construction!
