Great harness, comfortable,
The harness is he closes dry bag to a backpack.. Usable for hiking. Roll op closure is good but not submerge waterproof. The bottom on my pack started separating front the rest of the pack after 3 years, but was replaced under warranty. Yea! Customer service!

Coating ragged even at delivery
I ordered the 65l and 115l Black Canyon bags for packrafting. The bags look really good, comfortable to carry and well designed. Many things are adjustable to content and body. But as I took a closer look on the bag, I saw that the coating was scratched at two places so the white lining gets visible. And at a even closer look, there were some more spots where the coating isn't good – all of those spots are where the bag was folded. As you have to fold it for closing and crinkling is quiet normal in use, I guess the bag could loose its waterproofness quickly. If it gets damaged by shipping I ask myself how it gets around with rough conditions

Perfect for the die hard hike in boater!
I use my pack every three days and it is one of the best out there! Hiking down the steep trail with a loaded pack isn't easy. But with this pack, it makes it more enjoyable. The padded back helps when you accidentally put something sharp in the wrong place and the support helps when carrying large amounts of beer. I love how they integrated a frame pack style system into a dry bag. It makes my life way easier hiking to my boat every three days! Tons of room and super durable as well. I have put this pack to the test only owning it for a couple weeks. It has held up through thick and thin thus far. It's named the black canyon for a reason...

Excellent Dry Bag
Quality bag. Well made to Cary lots of stuff and keep it dry. The light colored inside material makes it easier to find things in the bag. Yellow exterior makes bag easy to find in the river if you capsize.

Well made products, amazing customer service and warranty
All of our seal line dry bags have been amazing and stood up well in extremely rugged conditions. When we had one strap come undone on a relatively new bag the company was wonderful with their support - providing advice on how to repair and then promptly following up with warranty. I think they are able to do this because the products are so well made that we personally haven't ever had to consider a repair until now. Thank you! and thank you for moving towards PVC free products as well.

Great bags that keep your stuff dry when you aren't
I own a couple of these bags along with the Pro Dry Pack. I use them on all my outdoor whitewater trips and I am not nice to them. I have literally hiked with them through fire burns, dropped them down the sides of mountains, and sent them swimming down rapids. Every time, my stuff is secure, dry, and better off for being in this bags. The durability of these SealLines is unmatched by anything I have used and they are comfortable to wear for any portage. If you need something to keep your gear dry and accessible, pick one up.

We will always have these in our inventory
The packs work great on the trampoline of our catamaran for any excursion requiring that we keep out kit dry. They are no-brainers in the canoes,

Dryness - 5 stars functionality - 3 stars.
I took this bag on a 24 day trip down the grand canyon. This bag got tossed around, laid in the sand, loaded and unloaded every single day and held up great. Everything on the inside was always dry for me. That includes a submersion after I flipped my raft that kept it completely underwater for about 45 minutes. My beef with the pack however is the straps on the outside. I really wanted to love this pack but soon become envious of my other group members that had the NRS Bills bag. First of all, the shoulder strap design is sort of obnoxious. If you don't have it fully strapped down your gonna be snagging webbing every which way. Normally, not a problem but when it is open and you need to move it across camp it was a real pain. On that note, it didn't have a functional haul loop or handle like the NRS bag. Finally, they advertise removable shoulder straps. In theory, sure, you can take them off but it is a huge hassle. Not something you would want to do with any frequency. Overall, they performed great but I was pretty annoyed with everything on the outside.

One great, one bad
I had bought a geen bag and a blue bag three year ago. Both served me well for a numbers of trip in wet habitat. However, though both were purchased at the same time, a blue bag got rip apart: all patches for straps and harness were detached. A green bag is still going strong and no sign of wears at all. Wonder why, really.
