Awesome customer support
Customer service exceptional. I have had this bag(130l) for 2 years, love it, very functional and durable. Had an issue with the zipper, I could not find my receipt from the original purchase, but they still honored the warranty. Highly recommend this company.

Love it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great bag (45 Liter), well made, durable and very comfortable in back-pack mode. Use it at work in an offshore, marine environment. If I could change anything it would be to add a 50 liter option with an external shoe compartment.

Zipper is terribly designed
I've used this bag a total of three times, the zipper is very poorly designed. The Zipper stays pull off of the zipper itself when trying to close the bag, and when you do get the zipper to pull, using two hands very carefully, the zipper seam itself will split open behind it. I brought this up with warranty and they stated it's designed for rugged use. Apparently sitting under a cabin bunk with my daughter or the back of a car or on a deck of a boat for 1 hr before sitting on another cabin floor is too harsh an environment for this supposed "rugged use". A good warranty service would at least offer to look at the zipper and fix or replace it, but the terrible design would only cause it to malfunction again.

Sturdy duffle bag
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sturdy duffle bag with plenty of room for gear. Zipper and zipper pulls move easily and are very secure. Flexible bag for camping, cycling, rock climbing, weightlifting, and travel. Great solution for multiple uses.

Fabulous bag! they stand up
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fabulous bag! they stand up to my teenage sons who are Boy Scouts. While on outings they are "prepared" with these almost indestructible bags!

Fantastic Bag, good build quality.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fantastic Bag, good build quality. Backpack configuration kind of digs into the shoulder however.

Too Much Sacrificed for Durability
I the 45L duffel in red several months ago for weekend trips, car camping, and as a snowboard boot bag when flying. I weirdly get a lot of compliments on this bag. This fabric feels indestructible, which seems great if you're going to be really abusing it. Definitely not taking off a star for this becuase that's a great feature, but be warned that the stiffness of the fabric detracts from the usability more than you'd expect. It can be hard to align the opening right so that it zips/unzips easily, the strap configuration gets tricky to switch between modes, and storing it isn't easy. Maybe it'll loosen up with age? I find myself wrestling this bag more than expected. My main issue is the straps. I was really hoping to be able to use it as a backpack to bike to public transit when flying, but the straps are too short and just don't have enough adjustability to be used comfortably. I'm 6'1 and relatively fit, but if the bag is mostly full (not stuffed) I struggle to put the bag on and it feels too tight. Just 2 more inches in the strap length would fix this, but currently you can only adjust a few inches in the wrong direction. If I put on more weight or a heavy coat it becomes unusable. When using the straps as standard duffel handles, there's nothing to keep the handles together. Since the straps are so stiff like the rest of the bag, it can be awkward to hold if the bag is heavy because they keep trying to force your hand apart. Normally, bags would have some velcro to connect them. Sea to Summit uses magnets, but those are really only good for keeping the handles in place when you set the bag down. Unfortunately all this makes it 3-4 stars for me since it's so difficult for me to travel with. Finally, after generally light duty use, the zipper pull broke off - probably because the zipper can be so difficult to shut... I contacted customer support and I'm sure they'll send a replacement. Just be warned these aren't as tough as the rest of the bag so don't go forcing it closed. Overall, I love how tough the bag feels, but the sacrifices made for durability weren't worth it for me. Unfortunately, for my needs, the patagonia black hole duffel would have been a better choice. My gf has that bag ,and it's much more convenient for casual use. With a few adjustments, this bag could really be a winner. Definetely get it if you're an extreme adventurer.
