My favorite backpacking pan
I like to travel light but I like to eat well when backpacking and this pan is my favorite for achieving both of these. I bought the 10" and it is super lightweight, easy to figure out how to nest it in my pack with other items, and it works perfectly. I'm always concerned that a frying pan like this won't disperse the heat on a backpacking stove and hence burn things in the middle and undercook them around the edges but no such problem here - this pan cooks perfect pancakes, quesadillas, and other food that needs a bigger pan. Nothing beats the smell of sautéed onions, peppers and sausage and this pan is big enough to cook enough to share for all those that brought more boring meal options.

Non stick coating scratches easily
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Non stick coating scratches easily and the handle latch failed causing our food to fall out on the ground. Contacted sea to summit and received excellent customer service and a refund. Purchased a ceramic jet boil pan instead.

Great handle. Sturdy and nice
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great handle. Sturdy and nice quality. I got the small pan and now want the big pan also. I am protecting thr inside finish from rubbing from stacking pots- it would be great to have a fitting little wicking towel or bag for it.
