Holds my essentials and stays in place
I've used this belt for a month and I barely know it's on when running. It easily holds my 500ml soft flask + poles + snacks on the back side, and I keep my phone up front in the zippered pocket along with smalls like chapstick etc. I prefer this to my hydration vest for shorter runs and hikes and I am amazed at how much I can stuff into it. Everything stays inside, I've never had anything bounce out. 10/10 would buy again.

Went thru 2 of these things in less than 6 months
Belt works well enough but the zippers used in this piece are horrible quality. If you plan to use this to store a phone with a case, either use the kangaroo pocket or skip this belt entirely. You'll wear out the opening with the zipper taking your phone in and out during use and the zipper will either fall off track or come unbound off the fabric. This has happened to me twice.

It’s what I needed
I needed a secure spot for my phone & keys. Works great, although I wish they made a few extra sizes for bigger bodies

Great belt!
Did a great job for me on my Chicago marathon. Held my phone, iPods case and 4 gels with room for more and was perfectly snug. I’m 190 lbs and a 32 waist and went with the XL. Based on the product sizing and it was spot on.

Great For Snacks
This was great for holding snacks on a short loop ultra I did when my hydration pack was bothering me. Can’t wait to try it for my hiking poles!

Amazing belt. Would definitely recommend.
I bought this for both short and long runs. It has plenty of storage and most importantly holds my trail poles steady. I was worried when first purchasing that the poles would be unstable but they are very secure and barely even move. Would 10000% recommend to others, just make sure you get the right size
