Salewa's Guide 48 Backpack suits your adventurous lifestyle whether you're backcountry touring, alpine climbing, or just backpacking for the weekend. Its Contact Fit suspension system places cushy foam at all the areas your body touches, leaving the other areas free to breathe on hot hikes. Salewa added an ISB Inside Support Board to ensure support and stability for heavy loads on long trails.
The Guide 48 is a traditional top-loader with a removable top lid that doubles as a handy daypack, and the hip fins are also removable when you want to shed more weight. Salewa equipped this pack with features specifically designed for the versatile outdoorsman, like the parallel ski attachment for touring, the rope fastener for climbing, and attachments for ice axes or trekking poles for ice climbing and trekking. There's also a port for your hydration reservoir, and pockets at the top lid, waist belt, and inside for organized convenience on all your adventures.
