I don't know much but here's what I know

I wore it for the first time ever yesterday and as far as harnesses go, it's comfortable and it holds me. The only thing I don't love about it is that you can't tighten the leg straps. It is definitely comfortable though and would do the job for the beginner. The leg straps fit kinda funky, they kinda come out from the back (don't worry I was wearing them right side up).
