Great pants overall
These are a well fitting set of pants, very flexible. The material is prone to pilling, and they are not breathable in my opinion as compared to other hiking pants, but they are great for around town. If you sweat tho you will get wet

Back to Baggy
The fabric is still great, but they've gone back to the baggy leg style of long ago. Even the narrower leg that they had for a while was too baggy, and now that's gone. So these are still great for backpacking, but not for climbing or a smart leisure look.

Alps hike
I'm hiking the Mont Blanc trail in early September and spent last 4 months looking for a great pant - and then I found these. Love the fit (I'm 6'4", 240lbs), the fabric, and the comfort. Now I just need to buy two more pair before my trip.

My favorite pants

I’ve bought two different pairs of ferrosi’s and I am already planning to buy more. They are so comfortable and are great for casual wear or hiking. High quality like most OR clothing.

Fantastic Pants

Used these on recent trip to Canyonlands NP. The light weight and breathability were great when sun was out and the SPF rating was helpful too. Importantly the stretchiness of the fabric made it easy to scramble up and down the canyons’ so called trails. Only issue could be durability on rough rock, but Just be careful.

Design issue.
I purchased these pants three weeks ago. First, I love the fabric. It is super light yet durable. In fact, my cat has clawed at me without any issue. They are very comfortable and articulated well. Pockets are great. Love leg pocket for my phone. Cons, the string tie belt is a bit weird and really does not work well. When not used, it is in the way. When used, it snugs up a little odd. They could do away with it. The biggest benefit and issue though is the cinch leg cuff. I love that you can cinch down the bottom cuff to be snug on your boot. This is so cool and keeps out ticks, etc. However, the mechanism that allows you to cinch the cuff can come off and did. The string does not go through it. So, after three weeks, the locking mechanism is gone and the cuff is floppy. I have reached out to OR but have not received a response. For $90, I would expect a better locking mechanism. Very disappointed but other than that, these pants do rock! I have in fact purchased another pair.

These pants are stylish enough to wear while traveling and they are tough enough to wear hiking or working.

Disappointed on durability
Super disappointed that after 2 weeks of owning the pants, the threading for the pockets is already coming out.

Great hiking pants
Hiked 2.1 miles in a rainforest, repelled down a waterfall and took a dip in a fresh water pool. Never felt hot due to having pants on, nothing bunched up or ever got uncomfortable, and they dried rather quickly.
