    Ankle-deep in a fish-frenzy.

Holding your ground in quick-moving water can be stressful and tiring, but the Orvis Andros Flats Hikers boots bring comfort and security to all-day wading. With comfort and convenience in mind, Orvis created the Andros boots for dedicated river warriors. To keep you upright in swift-moving water, non-marking rubber soles and screened drainage work with neoprene linings and cuffs to protect against raging water, sand, and debris. These Hikers offer a natural fit to prevent foot fatigue while you find the best place on the river to snag the best catch.

    Christmas Island tested

    • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

Gave this to my fish-obsessed dad before his trip to Christmas Island this fall. Here was his feedback "This is my second pair of Andros Flats Hikers and I'll never wear anything but. I donated my last pair to a guide on my last trip (his were torn to shreds) or else I wouldn't have a bought a new pair. I wear them with neoprene booties and they are super comfortable all day on the flats. They handle sharp rocks and coral with no problem. Best of all they are easy on/easy off and cleanup in a snap. They run true to size although I went up a half size in order to accommodate the booties."
