Cant get the item delivered

I wish I could rate this kayak...that would mean I received it. Shipping was handed off to some company called CEVA and from there I can watch the tracking where the item starts in Dallas and keeps going all over...Georgia, then Virginia, etc and ends back in Dallas. I live 7 hrs from Dallas and the item just cant seem to get here. I'm told to call CEVA and basically I have spent too much time on hold and then talking to people who "don't know" anything and finally I just cancelled the order. That is why Amazon is so good...they can get items to you quick and no hassle.
