Worst skins I’ve ever used….

The glue on these skins is absolutely atrocious. Day one they barely even stuck to themselves and I should have just returned them immediately. After a few weeks they wouldn’t even stick to the board after one run, I’ve heard the same thing from multiple people. I skinned out of both of them somehow multiple times. These belong in the trash. Do not waste your time or money.

COLOR NOT AS SHOWN
Have not used them yet, so I cannot speak to the quality. However, this is the second time this year that I ordered something from Backcountry, and the color was completely different. The product description above shows black, but they are actually bright purple. Earlier this year I ordered a black life jacket for whitewater kayaking, and they sent a red one. I like my kit to match, and these random color changes are not appreciated at all, it completely threw off the vibe I was going for (in both cases). Huge disappointment

Awesome clip system
I really like these skins. They clip into my Nitro Doppelg°nger so easily. I ordered a size smaller than my board because they were out of stock at the time. They work just fine and it saves a little weight. I suggest using skin wax before your first tour. They picked up the colder snow near the top of my first tour.
