MSR solo pot
Haven’t had a chance to use this in the field yet, but I’ve cooked over my Jet Boil in the kitchen. Seems to be an ideal size for 1-2 people and the non-stick surface appears to work well. I’ve made instant refried beans with no sticking without having to pay constant attention. I like the way the handle folds to hold the lid in place.

Great for backpacking
If you like cooking real food when you are backpacking, this is best pot I've found so far. Lid works great. Handle doesn't fly off when you are driving.

Just the right size
This is a safe pot to use for backpacking with the ceramic coating. Just big enough for my needs as a vegetarian who consumes mainly vegetables which take up more space per calorie than meat based foods. Have not used it yet though. And the price is right since I will only use it from time to time.

Compact
Love this little pot! It's no-stick w/o being teflon. My stove and matches fit easily inside. Cooks evenly. The handle locks into place

Nicely designed pot
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
I really like the flip up handle that locks into place, it makes it feel secure and overall I am satisfied with how this pot functions. My only concern is that it the ceramic coating has started to come off on the rim of the pot. It's not a big deal because its just the rim, but it makes me think that the coating can get scratched easily so be careful what utensils you use and what you store inside it. On the plus side its PTFE/PFOA free but I would still be careful if you want it to last. So far I think its a great lightweight pot, easy to cook with and clean.

MSR ceramic pot perfect for small group of people
The MSR ceramic pot worked great on a weeklong trip in the Sierras. It is large enough to boil water for a couple of people but packs well. The folding handle is really a critical feature.

Great lightweight pot.
Great quality, looks like it will last a long time. Have used it on one trip so far and it served the purpose. Just the right size for my bikepacking setup.

Great coating for actually cooking food
Excellent single person pot. With my diet I don't use oils and the ceramic coating does a fantastic job cooking and helping not burn food, even with light use of fluids. Very light and packable. Used on a bikepacking trip and is small enough to fit into a small cylinder 5L dry bag. Was able to fit fuel, dish towel, jetboil stove base (sorry msr), bowl scrapper and MSR wind screen / base inside of it. Handle does fold back to secure lid when not in use. Would highly recommend for a light weight and compact pot for solo cooking or a pot towards a group cook.

Great pot for solo adventures.
This pot has been great. It's light, compact and the non-stick has worked great so far. It would work great for a solo or two people in the backcountry.

A lightweight yet sturdy option for cooking on the trail
I purchased this pot for this summer's field season and was quite pleased. The surface cooks eggs and other foods well without sticking, making clean-up a breeze. I Also have the 2.5L pot and appreciate that this one will ""nest"" in the larger pot, decreasing the footprint in your pack when trekking with a partner.
