Warm jacket with nice details
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Light weight, packable and warm for chilly AZ winter nights and trips up north to the mountains. Snaps and contrasting collar lining make for stylish details.

Too snug for layering
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great jacket, but it leaves little to no room for layering. It performs as advertised. Great warmth and protection from moderately wet conditions. However, it is very sung in some places...surprisingly snug. I bought an XXL. I do that mainly for my shoulders and chest. But I found the snaps on this jacket were popping open in the gaps when I sat down like really bad dress shirt from Walmart. It's just too snug around the middle...especially for an XXL. If you are very trim and athletic then this could be a wonderful jacket for you. But if you're a little older and every so slightly thick around the middle (as most of us middle aged men are) then this jacket is really not comfortable. It is also so snug that I couldn't imagine trying to layer with this jacket. I'd end up looking like that kid from A Christmas Story.

Love my New PackDown Jacket
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had never purchased Mountain Hardware products before, but saw this down jacket and tried it on. Out of all the name brands I tried on, Mountain Hardware had the best true fix and without a doubt the best feel. The jacket is extremely light and thin, but amazingly warm. I love that I has pockets inside and on the outside. The hand pockets are very comfortable and had no issues keeping my hands warm. I’m a lifetime customer from now on.

Perfect jacket for me
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Jacket fits me perfectly. I’m 5’-10” tall and weigh 160 lbs. Overall length and arm length fits me just right. I’m really happy with it. I just got it and so far I’ve only used it in the plane on my flight from Las Vegas to Germany and never got too hot while wearing it and it kept me warm and comfortable during the flight. I like the snap on and the material is light and soft which is another plus. I really like the workmanship as well. I also like the two big pockets inside besides the pockets on the outside. It does come with a zippered stow away pocket but I wish it came with its own bag instead so that I can roll the jacket and stow it away instead of cramming the jacket inside the zippered stow pocket. Otherwise I definitely give this jacket a two thumbs up. I am looking forward to wearing it as the weather gets colder in Vegas to see how it performs in cold weather.

Lightweight & Comfortable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This jacket fits great "true size" and is perfect for cool/cold variable weather as it keeps your core warm while not making you feel overly hot. With changes in temperature/wind/etc.

Stylish but Functional
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This jacket is stylish enough to wear out on a weekend date and and light enough for to pack for travelling. Warm, lots of pockets and you can wear layers underneath for extra warmth.

Versatile jacket
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been my go-to jacket this winter. Mostly has just been worn over a button up shirt when I go to work, but I've also used it as an extra layer while hiking in the snow, and also backpacking for a cold/damp weekend. Hasn't let me down. It is super lightweight, and packs down nice and small when you have to carry it in a bag. Should also mention that a lot of MHW jackets are just a bit too large for me in a size Small, but this fits perfectly.

Awesome product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this for my husband and he love the jacket and wears it everyday. Perfect size and looks very classy. I purchased another one to give as a gift for my daughters good friend. I also bought a ladies long parka one for myself. Mountain Hardwear made quality product. Worth the money!
