Gift

Bought these for my girl as Christmas gift, she loves them and what the company does for deforestation.

Warm but be careful with straps

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The boots definitely have kept me warm in the snow but a strap on both boots ripped within the first week of wearing them.

Opening too small

I could not get my foot into the boot. I have very high arches and the opening of the boot is not big enough for my foot to fit through. Very disappointed.

Three season comfort!

Its seems like I always have cold feet - fall, winter, spring. I love the mid-high ankle support for just a few inches of snow! Keen shoes always fit my feet. I can put on s new pair and wear them all day, even if I'm going on a hike. They are also reliably well made and will literally last for years. I now have a closet full of Keen footwear for any season or need - dressy sandals to utilitarian every day wear to hiking on the wettest and/or muddiest trails.

Love These Boots!

Just what I was looking for in a winter boot! Lightweight, super warm with 200 gm insulation, wide toe box, comfortable leather & waterproof. Perfect for winter hiking & snowshoeing with thick socks & gaiters. Sizing reference - I wear a size 10 in Keen Presidio, Voyager, sandals, Kaci Winter boot & usually wear a 10.5 in winter boots with thick socks. Tried on the 9.5 & 10, chose the size 10 because of wearing thick socks & needing more room in the toe box with my wide feet.

Lipschitz

Very comfortable right out of the box. Good warmth builds up in these - forgot I left on when I got to work, took off a bit later and was shocked, but happy, about amount heat generated. Could be a bit wider - not sure what has changed in the width program but these are a wide but don’t seem as generous as in the past pairs of wides that I have had. Same with other new pair of polar boots purchased - could be bit wider.

stop with the "girly" colours

Hi buy Keen boots and shoes as I have short wide feet and these are the only ones that fit. However, despite other top brands (Oboz, Merrel, Vasque) now making more neutral colored boots and shoes for women, Keen keeps adding bright baby blue and bright purple to their boots that are loud and clash with just about everything. These boots are a good example, changing laces does not work given the baby blue lace "straps" and the other color isn't any better.

Love my new Keens

They are very similar to my old Keens which makes me very happy. I wear them when I go out shopping, hiking and for snowshoeing. I love the fit, the arch support and comfort on my high instep. The only disappointment was the lack of a loop pull on the tongue for loosening them up to get them off. I'm thinking of taking to them to our local shoe repair and having them add some loops.

Great boot, uncomfortable design flaw

These boots fit true to the size chart (measure your foot). Plenty of width in the toe box for feet and winter socks. They are as warm as you'd expect from 200 gm insulation. Problem: I tried two different sizes (5.5 and 6) and both press on the front of my instep (the shoe presses on the top of the foot behind the toes). This cannot be modified by loosening the laces. I don't have high arches or a high instep, just average, slightly bony feet. The shoe's upper doesn't have enough depth at the instep for me.
