Why We Like The HOKA Clifton 9 Wide Running Shoe
HOKA turned up the cush and lightened the scale, to bring us the smooth-striding Clifton 9 Wide Running Shoe. The thicker platform mutes our strikes for a distraction-free ride, while the broader build accommodates our wider feet. With an articulated heel collar keeping us locked in and a gusseted tongue blocking out debris, even the imperfections of the road can't slow us down.

I love these shoes!
I'm a nurse and I work night shift. Those two things together make for a lot of shifts up and running on my feet. My Clifton 9's are the best! I'm so glad I finally bought a pair. They have made a huge difference in how I feel after a busy shift. They pair well with scrubs.

I love these shoes. Very comfortable for walking!
I returned my original purchase and received the refund within a day of going to the Post Office. They were too small and I had worn them outside. No questions were asked. Wonderful service!

They didn't hold up well.
I wore these shoes for 8 months and the bottoms are falling apart. I don't do running, trails, exercise. I am a freshmen in college who wore these maybe 3-4 times a week around campus. Just casual walking. And the bottoms are falling apart. Now let me say, they are extremely comfortable. They fixed my aching arches. But I have never worn down a pair of shoes so quickly. I am sad because I really liked them, but I probably won't get them again due to the bottoms falling apart rapidly.

Love the new colors
I definitely noticed the changes in the clifton 9 sole. For the better I have last year's shoe also . They are great for people who have hip and back problems good for walking ♂️.

super comfortable!
I work in healthcare so I'm on my feet for 12 hrs a day. These shoes fully support me running around all day. I've had issues in the past with the top of my shoes hurting my toes but I haven't had any issues with this one. They are wide feet friendly and I didn't even order the wide! 10/10 recommend

Great shoe!
Right out of the box shoe was perfect. Comfy, support, fit. Love the colors and comfort. Lightweight, like walking on clouds.

Adding another pair of HOKA's to my collection
I walk 6-7 miles a day and have owned HOKA's for several years. They are the most durable and comfortable walking shoes I have ever owned.

Comfortable as all heck, but disappointing quality
Second pair of Clifton's. I love them. However, the bottom pieces on the sole of the shoe have begun to peel. So I'll be walking and feel a piece of the sole flapping in the wind. Which I should add is a tripping hazard lol. I super glued the pieces down. So far I've had to glue 4 separate pieces down. I've had them for 5 months. For the price it's frustrating and I'll hesitate to buy Hoka again.
