C2N Bail Conversion Front

The Grivel C2N Bail Conversion Front is a binding converter that will change your crampons from a standard steel front bail to a hybrid crampon system. Typically labeled as Cramp-o-matic for the standard systems and new-matic for hybrid crampons, the C2N will let you update your crampons to fit that new pair of boots you just purchased without needing to buy a new set of crampons. Based on Grivel's G12 crampon model, these crampons fit the bill for glacier travel, mountaineering and less than vertical ice climbing.
