Fresh water almost anywhere
I purchased this brand based on the great marketing. And, I was a little skeptical the first time I used this in a river in Missouri, but no adverse affects on my first kayak trip. Now I feel very comfortable getting a drink from just about any fresh water source. I love the press action to force the water through the filter with good steady pressure. In less than 10 seconds I have a liter of water ready to quench my thirst or get that morning coffee cooking. Easy to maintain and I just had to buy a replacement filter. Only knock would be a little bulky when I'm backpacking. Great product and highly recommend this product to anyone needing to filter water while out in the wilderness, with no worries.

This product looks and feels
This product looks and feels of superior quality… there are no parts that would break easily… very rugged tough materials … haven’t used this yet n kinda hope I don’t need to but I’m glad knowing it’s there should I need it.

Save plastic bottles.
We recently traveled for 3 weeks. While we could cook and shower with the tap water, it was non-potable. We saved buying and trashing 8-10 plastic bottles a day using a Grayl!

Great product
Sometimes water shoots out the side even when you don’t overfill and it’s kind of annoying but other than that it’s great.
