As the largest battery in Goal Zero's Lithium line of backup power stations, the Yeti 3000X 110V Power Station V2 provides an incredible amount of power when the neighborhood's power goes down, as well as providing ample juice for car camp outings and portable parties far off the grid. Best of all, it's free of the noisy, polluting ways of traditional gasoline-powered generators, as well as being portable with the included mobile kit featuring wheels and a telescoping handle. This way, you can bring it with you to outdoor events and festive functions without throwing out your back lugging it around outdoors.
The Yeti 3000X features a 2000W AC inverter that powers a wide range of appliances and household items, ranging from full-size refrigerators to power tools in the garage. The larger 3,032Wh capacity provides enough juice to power a 42-inch LCD TV for 31 hours, a mini fridge for 87 hours, as well as charge a laptop 61 times, tablet over 100 times, or smartphone over 250 times. It works extremely well for sound systems and portable speakers, in case you're trying to bring the party off-grid, as well as other electronics and household necessities when a storm blows out the local grid overnight.
To power the Yeti 3000X, simply plug it into two wall outlets to gain a full charge in approximately 14 hours. For storage convenience, the Yeti 3000 is capable of being stored up to three months without hurting its ability to hold a charge. Goal Zero recommends periodically plugging it between uses to avoid it from going dead or compromising future power capabilities. Additionally, you can harness power from Goal Zero's popular solar panels to slowly build up a charge. The Yeti 3000X will be fully juiced after 34 to 68 hours of charging with a Boulder 100 solar panel or just 17 to 34 hours of charging with a larger Boulder 200 Briefcase, depending on the conditions and sunlight intensity. Goal Zero recommends you stay away from 12V vehicle power sources, as this may damage your vehicle or Yeti 3000X Power Station.
Please note, the Yeti 3000X Power Station comes with a charging adapter for the use with two wall outlets simultaneously, as well as a mobile carrying kit with wheels and telescoping handle.

Love it!
I had a 1500x and loved it...... this 3000x is fantastic and really eases the stress of traveling in our van. I don't worry about our 12v fridge ever losing power with this bad boy!

Doesn’t work when cold
Bought a 3000x and 2 bolder 200 brief cases. Set up in my enclosed work trailer for portable power on the jobsite. Overall very disappointed in the performance and abilities. All winter long it’s useless and just says it’s too cold to be used. My trailer is spray foamed and protected from all weather. I would not have bought this knowing how little use I can get out of it. I now have to go back to a gas generator for reliable power on the job.

I'm loving my Yeti 3000x
So far everything is going great with my Yeti. I'm using it for my Christmas lights and look forward to having no electricity bill increase in December for the first time.

Doesn’t work properly, and not labeled well
The main red/black charging port doesn’t even work and according the website I thought it would have 2 but it has only one, would not recommend buying this product. It will take days to charge now which makes It pretty useless

Great product!
Have had it for a month and found it works well and keeps its charge for a long time! This is third yeti I have and now I have plenty of power to cover most of my needs!

kept the wifi going!
I bought two Yeti 3000X (Open Box) power stations a few weeks ago. I live in CA and want to be prepared for outages. I specifically did not want a gasoline or natural gas generator. I like that I can charge these power stations via A/C or solar. A few days ago, we had a brief power outage in my neighborhood. I hooked the Yeti up to my WiFi router, and it worked! I had connectivity without having to drain my data. I also used it with my adjustable bed. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Excellent features!
We bought our 3000 X a couple months ago after purchasing the 1500 X and we were very happy with the 1500 X except it wouldn’t run our freestanding AC in my wife’s art studio so we got the 3000 and together switching them out, they do a great job can’t daisychain them but that’s OK. We just switch to the next one when one runs low And they have easy to read displays and good remotes. Great features and the app works well.

Started out well ... then the firmware was updated
Overall, I am pleased with my Open Box purchase of the Yeti 3000 power unit. From date of order to actual delivery was less than 6 days. Unit was delivered by FedEx in very good condition. Saw the unit had approximately 32% on the display screen after taking it from the box ... being that it was sunny, I began charging the unit with my Boulder 200 panels. All went well for the afternoon and put everything away at dusk with the Yeti now showing about 76% charge. The phone app said there was a firmware update which I allowed to be applied to the Yeti 3000. Did not use the Yeti for a few days. On the 4th day, wanted to complete the full charge of the unit and hauled everything outside only to find the Yeti appeared to be completely dead. Displays wouldn't work and it wouldn't accept a charge from either the solar panels or the electrical outlet. Reached out to Goal Zero asking for help. Customer Service got back to me within 36 hours and provided instructions on how to reboot the unit. Executed the reboot process and all has been wonderful since ... keeping my fingers crossed.

I just bought the 3000x. I understand these are not chainable. However, can I still have 2 x 3000x and charge one unit with solar (or wall charger) and then use the Goal Zero Regulated Lithium Yeti Car Charger to trickle charge the second 3000x?
