    All-encompassing performance.

The Flow Women's Omni Snowboard Binding is an ideal choice for the rider looking to step up her skills all over the mountain, regardless of whether she's sending twenty-footers in the park or slashing through powdery bowls and tight trees. Maximizing convenience, the Reclining HiBack with Active Strap Technology gets you off the lift and riding faster than all your friends, which is especially useful if you're constantly strapping-in because of limited vertical on smaller Midwest and East Coast resorts. This super-convenient HiBack flips open with the flick of a locking lever, allowing you to effortlessly slide your foot into the binding within mere seconds. Best of all, the Fusion PowerStrap still gives you the option of strapping in like a traditional binding, thanks to its Locking Strap Ratchets and tool-less strap centering.

The Glass-filled nylon Modback is a two-piece HiBack that optimizes support and stiffness where it's needed most, making it a worthy upgrade over less supportive entry-level bindings. The Glass-Filled nylon Rockered baseplate makes minimal contact with the board, minimizing the "dead spot" underfoot for a more natural board flex and feel. 2.5-degree Canted BankBeds naturally align your stance with your knees, minimizing fatigue and soreness while leveraging more power over the tip and tail, especially on rocker boards. Additionally, the Omni comes with a universal mounting disc that's ready for use with all major mounting systems, including 4-hole, older 3-hole, and brand-new Channel boards.

First pair of Flow - Rear entry bindings

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

So the only reason I'm giving these a 4 star is only because I have yet to really use these. I just bought these along with the Flow Lunar boots and these are easy to install yourself (took me some time since I never did it myself before). I had to play quite a bit with them because of how I prefer my stance on my board. The rear entry bindings is something I'm looking to get into because I want to be on the mountain faster not sitting down, strapping in, etc. I ended up trying these and messing around in my house and love them. They're going to be stiff until you break them in, hands down but they're very easy to get in and out of once you set your bindings up the way you like (tightening/loosening).. I know I've made a great choice and for me, I have a size 9-9.5 in a sneaker but my Flow Lunar boots are a 9 and fit perfectly.. Not too big, not too small, etc. Just the right fit for me.

Can't wait to try these out next season, thanks for the help Lacey!!!

Well made but not for me.

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I tried the flow binding in good conditions on a reliable camber board, but just found it didn't feel right. In order for the step-in mechanism to work, the heel of the binding is very wide, and the single strap was low on my boot. I wear a fairly low-profile, stiff boot (Burton Supreme). Since I was unable to get a secure fit, the ride just felt weird.
That said, this binding looked and felt very solidly made. I like that you can take the strap off without taking down the highback if you're stuck in deep snow. They fold down very small for transport, which is nice.
I think if you have used Flow before and like the fit, you won't be disappointed with these. If not I'd recommend checking them out in person first. But BY ALL MEANS, get them from Backcountry. Amelia, my gearhead, has been a huge help! Thanks so much, I couldn't have asked for better service!
