While the Freerider Primeblue Cycling Shoe is best suited for the bike park, we're pulling them out for everything from walks around town to time in the saddle. More than 75% of the textile the Freerider is designed with is constructed from Primeblue yarn, which is a recycled material made partly from Parley Ocean Plastic. Stealth rubber and a Dotty tread keep up a strong grip no matter what we're up to, and a lace closure offers a simple and comfortable, customizable fit. We can look forward to top-quality pedal control and a casual feel that transitions easily on and off the bike.

Best mountain biking shoes
Five Ten MTB shoes are my go-to for quality, durability, and comfortable shoes that last mile after mile.

My favorite shoes!
These are awesome! My favorite shoes by far. Very comfortable and I love how they look. I actually wear them for every day casual wear. I followed what others said and got a half size smaller then my normal shoe size and they fit perfect!

Zero grip - Bad design
Do not recommend if you like keeping your feet on the pedals. The circular grips are too close to each other, therefore do not allow the pins to grip. Even on the climbs you cannot get enough grip for efficiency, let alone trying to stay on the pedals on technical features.

Love these
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Run wide which is perfect for me and helpful on pedals, love them!

Love the look, color and using recycled plastic!
The look is amazing. The sizing ran small and I had to size up by 1/2 size. Even 1/2 size up they were still narrow. To be fair, I have relatively wide feet. Hoping they’ll be a little more comfortable after breaking them in.

Great shoes and fit.
The only complaint so far is that they sometimes skip from the pedals, though this may just mean we need more aggressive pedal pins.
