If you're looking for burly aluminum wheels that withstand the rigors of aggressive trail riding and enduro, all while remaining friendly on the wallet, look no further than the TRS Boost Wheel from e*thirteen. The TRS rim has been improved upon from the previous generation, with a wider 30mm internal width to accommodate modern trail tires, and thicker sidewalls that are 6x stronger in impact tests than their predecessor. The hubs are TRS Race SL, with a durable 660 stainless steel freehub delivering 6-degree engagement for a quick pedal response that's especially noticeable on techy climbs or mashing out of corners to regain speed. The hub shell uses all-aluminum construction for a good balance of strength and weight, with angular contact bearings for a smooth ride and exceptional durability.

Cheap and Tough
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
While these aren't the lightest wheels (they are still lighter than Stans Flow S1's and the same weight as DT 1900's), they are tough and the hubs have 6 deg engagement which is way more than anything else at this price point. Awesome deal... And for the guy saying these are 27mm internal, that's incorrect. There are 30mm internal (I measured). These are just the older version of the LG1 EN wheels. The 2020 TRS are 27mm internal but these are last years model...
