I love this brand.

I've used it several times
True to size

this is the second pack I've purchased from them, the first being the ACT Trail 30 for everyday grocery carrying while biking around, but this one, this one I just got when I'm just going on a long ride that requires a lot of water, a few snacks, and maybe a long sleeve shirt for the cool ride back. but enough about me, this pack has everything one would need in terms of storage, and my 3L Platypus bladder fits perfectly, as it no longer comes with its own. also, the aircontact padding on the back and the mesh straps are superb. plus it's just a gorgeous pack.

Love it!

I've put it through the wringer

I love that I can jam 3L in this pack and feel like nothing is on my back. The mesh straps are killer with no sweaty back and shoulders on my rides. I have mainly used it for biking and hikes. I have not used the rain cover but pulled it out to try and looks plenty capable of keeping packables dry. Airy all daylong!

Many Uses

I've put it through the wringer

I use this pack for so many things. I love that it is lightweight and compact. You can't overfill the pack, but you can fill it with the essentials. It comes with a large 3l bladder and an included rain cover. It has some good organization and a large pocket for your jacket or shell. The one thing that I would change is, I wish it had a mesh panel on the outside to stuff some quick grab items. Other than that I think it is awesome. Not just for mountain biking.

Use it Constantly

I've put it through the wringer

I use this pack constantly. I keep thinking I will use my hip pack, except this gives me zero issues and way more space for my 3 L reservoir, tools, food, emergency kit, rain jacket, insulated jacket...and more. It's very comfortable, breathes very well in the heat, and has room for everything I could need in a day or a session. So, I keep taking this pack, over everything else. Oh, and somehow it still looks new....Awesome!

Deuter is amazing

I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I was given this product from Backcountry, but this review Is my personal opinion This is now my second deuter pack and I can't say enough about their products. I owned the 28L previously, so I was definitely interested in trying a smaller pack and how I would use the 10L deuter race air compared to the 28L. I wore it for two hours the first time I used it, and three different people complimented me on the pack!! I really like the water pouch that comes inside of it. I hadn't owned one that shut like that before... I feel like it is way more leak proof than the camelbak I own. I did accidentally cut off the string that attaches the nozzle cover because I thought it was a tag. Don't do! I like how the pack fits and doesn't tug or chaffe on my neck like I have had other packs do. I could adjust the straps so they rested comfortably on my shoulders. For me, this is a biking backpack for sure. Or even a day-hike where I don't need to pack a ton of stuff (water/jacket/food). I was hoping I could potentially run in it but I think it's too big for that. I was surprised how much could actually fit in there. The little pockets inside are handy. And finally, I like the non-flexible piece that rests on your back, which prevents excessive sweat from building up since the pack isn't touching you directly. Con: The water bottle holders on the side are a little small and don't open very wide, especially if the pack if super full. Overall, recommend the deuter 10L
