CT Click-Up Plus + HMS Orange

The Click Up + from CT Climbing Technology is an innovative manual braking belay device designed specifically for sport climbing at crags and gyms. Unlike most spring-loaded, assisted braking devices, The Click Up + naturally locks down on the rope if it pulls as fast as falling climbers. You can actually hear the device click whenever it manually locks down on climbing ropes. Unlocking the device is super simple, with a twist of the device that also lowers climbers with ease. The V-Proof System lowers the V-shaped angle between the two strands of rope in order to reduce the chance of error due to incorrect handling.  This "Plus" model is more effective in paying out rope, more secure for top rope belays, and lighter and more ergonomic. It also includes an HMS locking carabiner designed specifically for belay devices. The ACL gate prevents cross-loading by securing the carabiner to the belay loop.
