Tamiami II Shirt
Pull on the Columbia Men’s Tamiami II Short-Sleeve Shirt for a day of wading through trout streams and hiking along the river. This lightweight-fabric button-up offers some shade for your shoulders in the middle of a wide open river. It wicks sweat away while you hike in the sun and dries quickly in case you take a tumble and swamp your waders. A rod holder on the chest lets you change flies with both hands, and deep chest pockets leave room to stash gear when you don’t want to wear a vest.

Great shirts for hot & humid weather
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great shirts for hot & humid weather. I've been wearing these shirts for about 5 -6 years now in South Florida. They're lightweight, breathable and the venting helps a lot. I've come to prefer these over all the other Columbia button-up designs I've used. Cross-flow goes shoulder to shoulder and provides better cooling than the mid-back, downward-facing vented models. This is the only one I'll purchase, and I currently own x9 Tamiami II's. I will say, I've cycled through some that showed staining so have probably owned 12-14 over the years. I wear these, along with Tamiami polo's exclusively for work, office and field. Works well for a professional/casual look while remaining comfortable in hot weather. I'll cry if Columbia doesn't continue with a Tamiami III. BTW, Columbia is very popular in South Florida with our saltwater fisherman and has been for years. I wear a 2X and these fit perfect, just on the loose and breezy side.

Great for hot, humid climates
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wear these regularly and own about 8 for field work in South Florida. 50% of my job is outdoors, and summer temps can average 85-95 degrees, with high humidity. These works great and can be worn tucked or untucked, depending on professional requirements. I have some flexibility with work appearance and wear these untucked, while my Tamiami II polo's are always tucked. These type of Columbia shirts have been popular among fisherman in the area for years. I like them for a collared look and they work well for casual-business use.
