Pleasantly surprised!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With the mixed reviews, I wasn't certain these would fit me. I'm 5'8", 150lbs, and normally wear a large running tight. I ordered the Medium in these because of the reviews and sizing, since I'm in an 8 in Columbia pants. My hips are 42" and my thighs are 24" and these fit perfectly with plenty of give. They're not baggy on me. I def have a butt, so that takes up some of the space maybe others didn't like about the pants, lol! They're not too short on me, but I wouldn't mind an extra inch in the length, but they're fine. I love the pockets, the soft lining, and that they're not particularly noisy. Can't wait to wear these outside to check for keeping the wind out, but they're thick and feel like they'll be good.

Wow are they pants warm and attractive!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! These came today and I was pleasantly surprised by how heavy these are! Weigh about what a pair of jeans would and are ideal for crispy Nebraska winds and temperatures. My newly replaced knee appreciates the soft lining, stretchy material and roomy legs. I have longer legs and was thrilled at the length and the casual elastic cuffs. Best of all, long, roomy pockets that easily hold my iPhone and…THEY ARE ZIPPERED POCKETS! Columbia needs to offer these in more colors!!

Love these! But inseam is skimpy, will be too short for many
The 29” inseam (which the website describes as “regular”) is actually pretty skimpy. My legs are on the short side (bordering on “petite” sizing) and even I could use an extra inch in the inseam. That said, these pants worked out great in their first outing. Today I walked for 30 min. in mid-30s temp with strong winds. My legs were kept warm and comfy. I love the two zip pockets. The thighs are roomier than they need to be, they’re actually kind of baggy. But for overall comfort, these can’t be beat.

Incredible Hiking Pants
Bought these pants for my trip to Iceland (early April) and they were absolutely perfect in every way. They kept me warm and dry even being out in the rain for an entire day of hiking. They blocked wind super well. The pockets are a perfect size as well. The waist hit like mildly high waisted pants which I thought was perfect for comfort and the drawstring helped keep them in place. The lining is incredibly soft, I didn't use any other base layer underneath but they're loose enough that you could if the temps were below freezing. Would recommend to anyone! Best pants I've ever owned.

Good fit
These are warm while still flattering and somewhat slimming (in black anyway). They were deeply creased when arrived, so I washed in cold water to remove, rather than ironing this synthetic fabric, then I air dried them in the dryer. Came out worse than before washed, and none of the original wrinkles gone. Hopefully once ironed they won't crease easily. Definitely a cold weather pant, weigh about the same as Levis (not light like fleece). Not noisy like the Departure pants. Well constructed.

Love Love Love
I have been searching for this type of pant for years, they are jersey lined from top to bottom. They do run a little large. My recommended size is XL, I have 2 in XL, they are large enough for an underlayer of yoga pants or thermals. The L fit perfectly. I am 5'5" and weigh 198lbs, mostly tummy weight. Well made and well worth the price.

Exactly what I've been looking for!
Ordered these as a gift for my daughter. She has looked for years for a pair of wind suit type lined pants like she used to have. She was THRILLED to receive these! The soft flannel-like lining throughout the legs is exactly what she had been looking for! These also shipped quickly even through the holiday season. Will probably wind up getting another pair!
