These are nice pants and are a lighter weight alternative to jeans. Great for yard work, hiking, rucking, walking, field work, travel, the office, etc. They are comfortable and true to size. Far superior in my opinion to Dockers. The fabric is not as heavy or stiff but rugged enough versus Mountain Khakis. Great for hot weather. The cut is modern and the comfort rivals your favorite sweatpants. This pant avoids the cargo pant look. It has a thoughtfully designed zippered pocket on the right to deter pickpockets. Columbia knocked this one out of the park!

Good Value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect, just what I was looking for. Great for casual dress, travel or just walking around. They need light ironing after cleaning.

Not the same color as in the picture

The pants are great, the issue is that the color in the picture is not the same as what you get. What you get has more of a sage/green tint to it. I had bought these exact same pants (and color) a year couple of years ago and somehow the color is no longer the same.

Zipping right along

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the 3rd or 4th time over the years that I've ordered the ROC pants. They're sturdy, hold up fairly well, are good-enough looking that they can be used for somewhat dressier occasions. The big plus for me is the zippered security pocket, hidden inside a regular pocket. Because of that, I feel I can safely use these pants while traveling and keep my wallet out of sight and feel assured that it won't drop out!
