Great flips
Comfortable and stylish. I’m picky about my flips and look for specific styles and material. These are perfect

No traction
No traction. On smooth flooring not 100% dry, you will slip and fall. Woven toe post also is irritating to skin between toes, and is an unwelcome transition from older models’ leather. Got these new and took them on vacation to the beach, and the condensation on the stone was enough to cause me to slip and fall. I brought regular tennis shoes and have no traction issues with them, and my wife also has not had issues in the exact same place as when I fell. I’m not kidding, it was like being on ice. Aside from the toe post and outsole issues, though, these are good sandals and the quality is good. But it’s building the lily, to be sure.

Great replacement for rainbows
I bought these to replace my worn out, rainbow sandals. I’ve only worn them for a short time, but I appreciate the harder shoe bottom and better arch support in the sole. I’m looking forward to giving them more use in the summer months.

Does leather have a break in period?
These must require some breaking in. They are kinda tight on my foot. I’ve had 2 different pairs of leather flip flops from Chaco and they finally worn out so I got these to replace them. I don’t remember having a break in period with my other pairs. And none of my regular fabric strapped flip flops ever needed breaking in. They all fit perfectly the first time I put them on. With these being leather I will give them some time to hopefully loosen up and stretch the new leather straps. Because I can only wear them like 15 minutes before they start hurting my feet.

Well made but a little loose
Love having a well made leather flip flop but they are a little loose so will get back to my review after I have worn them for awhile. Overall they do what I though they would and provide me with the support that I expect from Chacos. They are a good looking sandal and a nice addition to my collection of Chacos which are the only sandals that I wear!

Too soft and lack support
Chaco used to be supportive and solid insole. Anti probation support but has gone the way of other manufacturers like sketchers and made their soles soft and squishy. I will not buy them again.

Dye stained feet
The dye they used on the leather has the bottom of my feet stained!

Durable Flops
I purchased my first pair of leather Chaco flops back in 2017. I loved the thick solid feel to the sandals. I have them hiked in them (I know not recommended) through Rocky Mtn. NP and many other locations. I wore these daily through what is now just over 5 summers on my lake with constant exposure to getting submerged, dried & repetitive abuse to random yard work and these came with me too every bonfire I have ever attended. Sad to say, the toe stitching broke last week after 5 years of abuse.
