Entering the competition field for the fifth year, Castelli's Entrata is dialed with sleek fabric that finds the right balance between a race fit, elite fabrics, and aerodynamics. It harnesses panels that are specifically targeted to cut through the wind, and improve breahtability so you stay dry on long and warm rides.
Incorporating a good dose of tech from professional race jerseys, the Castelli Men's Entrata 3 Full-Zip Jersey combines a streamlined, form-fitting cut with a textured polyester fabric that wicks moisture across a wide surface area for rapid drying. Castelli employs Air Mesh stretch fabric along the shoulders, sleeves, and side panels, which clings tightly to your body, but without sacrificing critical flexibility when you're powering up a steep climb out of the saddle. It's rounded out with a YKK Vislon zipper for robust quality and smooth operation, reflective viz strips for boosted visibility late at night, as well as three generously sized rear pockets that handily carry all your nutritional needs, spare bottles, and extra layers on the road.

Great trim fit. Love the fit and finish. But, I must have a scrawny neck because the collar flops around even when fully zipped up.

Nice for the price

I know, lots of reviews say size runs way small, but I used the size chart (41" chest) and came out fine with XL. Fits the dad bod. I also have the Entrata 3, which I like a lot more. The V is longer than the 3 in the torso and also the arms. I'm not really a fan of the arm material coming down to my elbows, but hey, just roll 'em up. The material seems a little cheaper than the 3, but it's in the rotation, I've worn it a lot and it's held ok.

Too loose fitting
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
This was spec'd as form fit, but it's much looser around the shoulder/ribs than other Castelli jerseys that I own in the same size. I just am not a fan of the material they used for the majority of the jersey either, screams "cheap" to me, is that what "Entrata" means. I do like the material at the end of the sleeves however. I do also like the three pockets and high vis color. This jersey just isn't on par with the other Castelli items I own and I was slightly disappointed. I wouldn't buy this item again, even deeply discounted.

Looks Great / Fits Great

I have this jersey in Lite Black (like dark steel-gray, but nice) and Firey Red (not like the pic, a bit in the red-orange direction but I like it) and both in Large. In the past I've had better fit in Castelli XL sized jerseys but tried XL in the Entrata and sent back for L which fits nice and snug, like race-fit should and the length is fine. I'm tallish and lean and 38 inches around the chest,

Not red and sizing runs very small

I'm starting to wonder if Castelli's product development team are all colorblind and horribly emaciated. The color is not "Fiery Red". It's not red at all, it's ORANGE. See photo in other review here. The sizing is off. The XL is a snug fit. It'll do, but could be a bit longer in the body. In any other brand I'm a large. It's actually a pretty nice top. Pity about the size and color. To be honest I'm not sure I would buy Castelli again simply because what you get bears little resemblance to what actually shows up.

Really like the jersey, I knew it ran small which is fine with me but it has a very short torso. Barely covers my waste band on my shorts. If you are tall and thin this won't work for you.

Euro Small Fit
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
Well-built jersey, but really small. XL size is smaller than a large Primal Jersey. Seems to be well made. Color of mine was supposed to be a steel blue, but it was really just grey. (2020 model). Don't wear it much because of the size and it is too heavy for a summer jersey in AZ.

I am 6.3 so I bought an XL. Not even an L of regular sizes.

"Fiery Red" is nothing like the photo

I wanted a dark red like the photo shown on the site. The actual color is orange and doesn't match my bike's dark red. Also definitely runs small.
