    Will be great when camping.

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I gave this stove 4 stars since I haven't used it yet. Seems very solid and I like that you can fold it up and it has a handle for carrying. Will be used very often when camping season comes.

    Dinner time in the hills

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

The stove is amazing! I have used it about 5 times and have not had any problems with it. The igniter switch even works still!! It fits a 10" frying pan and 10" pot very well which makes it perfect for 1-4 people depending on how much you eat. The throttle control is pretty touchy and I wish it had a little more range for simmering but overall it has been perfect!

Great addition to your camp kitchen!

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Burners throw off a ton of heat or can just keep things warm as needed. When you roll into your car camp spot for the weekend, this two stove burner will amp your kitchen game up amongst your fellow campers.

    Gets the Job Done!

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Bring a lighter because just like any stove, the click to ignight broke my first time out using it. Other than that it is super reliable and gets the job done every time.

    Love this Stove

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

This is actually my first ever camping stove, before that I've always just gone full dirtbag and cooked food over the fire, but I could never go back after experiencing this stove. I'd heard that the ignition system could be faulty but I didn't have that experience. it lights up right away and is easy to use and clean 10/10 would recommend. .

    Perfect for Car Camping

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Straight-forward, durable, and well-built. A must have for car camping, but it's still not overly heavy or cumbersome.

A Must-Have For Any Car Camper!

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I bought this to take on climbing trips as I was tired of living off of PB&J. Right out of the box this stove fired up and allowed us to make an awesome dinner on the road. I used both burners to cook food, while my JetBoil heated up water for some warm drinks by the fire.

This stove is very simple to set up and works like a champ!

    Gets the job done

Used to use my backpacking stove but recently bought this because I'm doing more car camping. The stove has worked good. It's nice to have the extra cooking space and it's pretty low profile. Doesn't take up much space in the car. I bought a separate griddle attachment which is good for cooking breakfast stuff like eggs & pancakes.

      Damaged

      • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I took it out of the box on a camping trip and mistakenly didn't test it before we left and took a half hour to get 1 burner working.

      It's a solid stove.

      • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Went to a chili cook off in Vegas, and the team I was with had two of them, I was then given one of them after the chili cook off. It's a cool stove top. It does everything I need it to. Two burners, works great, reliable, easy to clean, easy to assemble. Nothing too crazy about it. Does exactly what you need it to do.

      Cooks food no problem

4 star seems to be the consensus here. This thing doesn't have any bells or whistles, but it works. Seems durable and dependable enough. Easy to use and clean. Pretty average on price. If you need a 2-burner stove you'll be set with this one.

2 burners are all I need!

        • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Although small, this stove got the job done. This proved to be plenty of stove for four of us that went camping. This is an easy to clean stove and packs up nicely with a handle for carrying. Very lightweight and so far has proven to be a reliable 2 burner stove. Great for car camping.

2 burners are all I need!

cooks up some food to live

        • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

great two burner stove, i use this thing for all my car camping adventures. much easier than busting out my backpacking stove. control knobs work well with adjusting flame. easy to clean. from time to time the starter doesnt work but having a lighter on hand makes things easy as well.

        Awesome 2 burner stove

        • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I have had a little Snow Peak Litemax Ti stove for a little while, and for short trips, it's perfect. It fits in my pots, boils water fast, impresses city folk...

However a backpacking stove is not always the most practical. My girlfriend and I take lots of trips to go rock climbing, and if you want to do some serious eating, these Teton stoves are a perfect place to start.

One tank of gas lasts a fairly long time, not to mention its very cheap and easy to replace.

It burns evenly, and is very adjustable- it's just like cooking at home.

Unfortunately the only downfall to these stoves is the piezo ignition system. It doesn't really seem to work that well, but I always carry a lighter around for camping so it's no big deal.

        Awesome 2 burner stove

        Good enough

        • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

This is the only 2-burner stove I have used aside from the basic Coleman stoves and have to say that it is every bit as good, if not better. It's efficient, fairly lightweight, and simple to use. It offers everything that you really need from a basic 2-burner stove. I have no real complaints. The one "issue" that I encountered is the failure of the matchless ignition, but lighting the stove with a match or lighter is no problem....and if you cant light a stove with a lighter you probably shouldn't be out there in the wild. Good stove, great price.

        Gets the job done

        • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I have only used the stove once so far. This stove is a lower gas output but when it is turned up you will have no problem cooking anything you will need. Boiling a large pot of water just might take a little while. I was having troubles with the self start button it took a while to get it started up but eventually I got it going. This is a nice stove for the price and would recommend for anyone who goes camping a few times a summer

        Content with camp stove

        • Familiarity: I've used it several times

First I'd like to compliment on the efficiency of this stove. I just got back from a 10 day camping trip in Banff where we used this stove as our primary source to cook food (which means we used it just about twice a day for breakfast and dinner). The food cooked fast and we didn't even burn through a whole bottle of propane! It packs up nice and cleans easily as well. Overall, we were very satisfied on how well it functioned.

Now to the complaints. This is actually the second one that I've purchased as the first one, the right burner didn't light up with the matchless ignition. We would turn the gas on, then push the button to light it and you could see where the ignitor was sparking but the burner wouldn't light. The left burner worked great, but the right just didn't want to join in. So we sent it back and got another one that has the same issue. Because we didn't have time to wait for another one, we took the defective one on our trip to Banff and just lit the right burner with a match. Because the stove performed so well, we decided that lighting the burner with a match wasn't that big of a deal.

My second complaint is that the knobs that you use to control the heat of the burner are fastened on crooked. It seems as though when they were attached, the rods that extend inside the stove were bent and so when you twist the nobs they wobble like the wheels on an old matchbox car!

Other than these two things, the stove works great!

        Unanswered Question

What are the dimensions of the stove with the propane tank? Does the propane tank need to sit on a surface or can it free hang?
