I received the hat in a reasonable time frame. The hat itself is well made and attractively designed. My only disappointment was that the size was too big for me, so I had to make some cardboard fillers to insert inside the inner band to make it fit properly. I am giving the purchase 5 stars for the product and delivery. For the Backcountry website, it would be helpful to have some traditional hat sizes associated with the medium, large, etc. sizes. I am 6 ft 4" and wear XL shirts, so it seemed like the Large I bought should have fit.
