Viva X8 Ski

The Blizzard Viva X8 Skis were built for one thing: railing down groomers. When it's a frontside kind of day (or season) these will be the boards you reach for. Their 81 mm waist can be easily laid on edge, while their gently rockered tip makes for near-effortless turn initiation. Since the last thing you want is a squirrely ski when you're picking up Gs, the Viva X8s feature a titanium laminate to keep them super stable and torsionally stiff when you're hooking turns down freshly groomed corduroy.

The Vivas live for frontside domination, so Blizzard integrated a grip of groomer-ripping features. Full sidewalls run the the length of the ski, giving them the solid, stable feel you want when you're picking up speed. 3Matrix technology blends the skis camber, rocker, and sidecut for optimum flex, stability, and overall skiability. The skis come mounted through Blizzard's IQ-System, which eliminates the influence of traditional mounting, helping the skis maintain their natural flex, promote direct transmission, and allowing for quick and easy fitting to your boots.
