Real Disappointed in Arrival

Not only did I specify this was a gift (not to show price), my item showed up with a giant price tag hanging from it but I wrote a special note as this was an anniversary gift-no note in sight. Really disappointing. Not a good first impression. Don’t think I will be interested in doing anymore business with this company.
